FOR COMPRESSOR & EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURERS

Connect your equipment
to the wider system.

Discuss stainless steel pipework for compressor packages, plant-room connections and distribution projects. Start with your equipment interface and build a clearer product schedule.

Specify the connections that matter.

Build an enquiry around the equipment and its actual operating conditions.

01

Equipment connections

Identify the outlet size, mating geometry and required thread or flange standard. Include a drawing link when an interface needs review.

02

Main lines and branches

Use the catalogue range to organise main runs, reductions, tees, isolation valves and point-of-use connections.

Repeatable product schedules

For repeat equipment builds, send the requested part numbers, quantity per unit and expected batch volume.

Prepare a project brief →

A clear brief avoids interface guesswork.

Material, seal and connection choices depend on the actual service.

Include these details.

  • Compressed-air condition, oil carryover or other medium
  • Operating and maximum design pressure, with units
  • Operating temperature and ambient conditions
  • Required material, seal, dimensions and documentation
Can I select a connection using DN alone?

No. DN is nominal. Confirm outside diameter, wall specification, fitting geometry and the mating thread or flange standard together.

Are NPT and BSPT interchangeable?

Specify the exact thread required at each interface. Availability and order requirements need confirmation for the selected variant; do not infer interchangeability from nominal size.

Can you review a recurring equipment requirement?

Send the equipment series, quantity per build, batch forecast and interface details. The enquiry can then be scoped to the requested components and documentation.

LET’S GET SPECIFIC

Start with your equipment interface.

Share the equipment model, mating connection and service conditions. Add a product schedule if you already have one.

  • Connection size and thread / flange standard
  • Flow basis, operating pressure and temperature
  • Batch quantities or a project requirement
