Is DN the actual outside diameter?
No. DN is a nominal designation. Use the stated outside diameter, wall thickness and connection dimensions for the selected product. Confirm the wall specification in the approved quotation.
Does one pressure or temperature value apply to every product?
No. The permitted conditions of the assembly depend on the selected pipe, fittings, valves, seals and interfaces. State the medium, pressure and temperature together when requesting confirmation.
Can any press tool or jaw be used?
Tool and jaw compatibility must be confirmed for the exact connection system and size. Use the applicable approved installation instructions; product dimensions alone do not establish compatibility.
Does a certificate cover the complete catalogue?
Certificates apply to their named product schedules, materials, sizes and conditions. Provide the required part numbers and destination so the relevant scope can be checked.
How do I report an installation issue?
Include the part number, size, batch reference if available, tool and jaw details, operating conditions and a link to clear photographs. Describe when the issue appeared and the question you need answered.
